We offer several different delivery options, full details of these are available on checkout. Each service provides an estimated delivery time and we always aim to deliver your parcel within this time frame. Unfortunately sometimes orders can be delayed within the courier network or postal service and this could be for a number of reasons like public holidays, bad weather or custom delays for international orders. If you experience a delay with your delivery and the specified time frame suggested on our delivery page has expired then please contact the Customer Service department via our online contact form we will then begin an investigation to locate your order and provide tracking if available as soon as possible.
There is an item missing from my order...
Due to some items being fulfilled from either of our two warehouses, when ordering multiple items you may receive them in two shipments. This ensures you do not have to wait for both to be fulfilled together and is at no extra cost to you.
Will I have to pay customs when my item/s are delivered?
If you are ordering from outside of the US or Canada. You MAY have to pay a small customs fee. We have two warehouses, one in the US and one in Europe. For people ordering to the UK or Europe, a customs fee may apply if the item is unavailable from our Europe store and is sent from the United States.

Can I cancel my order?
When orders are placed on our website they are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel this and it will be sent out to you. You will need to return the order in full for a refund.
